1980 Roland Dyer Road Race
Charlie Ault states:A Brad Page ran at Medomak Valley High School and ran a half marathon in Maine in 1979 in 1:08. He ran cross country at the US Naval Academy , I believe, until injuries stopped his training routine. I know his brother, Phil. He is checking with Brad to see if he ran the Rollie Dyer road race.
Phil Page states:That was indeed Brad Page who won the Roland Dyer Race in 1980. His brother Phil place third. Brad won two Class B XC Individual Titles at Medomak. In 1978 he won both the mile and the two mile in his senior year at the State Meet @ Bowdoin, setting a Class B record in the two mile which he still owns as they went to meters the next spring

Gelinas Thru Rain and Snow, Maine Track Club’s Deane Gelinas raced past the first mile mark in 5:12,
He never looked back to capture The Max 10 mile. It was an easy victory in 58:15, well off Bob Winn’s
course mark of 54:01.
