Sorry, we did not go to the Dempsey Challenge 2025.
There are enough people taking photos & video of this event.
In the future we might go if we can get a bib list so the tens of 1000s of photos we have taken might be of some value to us.
We hope we might be able to get a reply from the management of this event. Please enjoy what we have done in the past.

Dempsey Challenge completed today! The first photo is pre-run. 42 degrees out. I was some glad I wasn’t biking. The latter two pictures are after I had finished running 10K. My goals and challenges were: 1-to run the 10K without stopping. Last time I had run 10k without stopping was three years ago. Challenge met! I ran the 10K without stopping.Woohoo! 2-try to run 10 K in under one hour. Considering I have not run a 5K in under 30 minutes this year, this was a tall order, and one I could not meet. My time was one hour, four minutes and 21 seconds. Not terribly far off. I would have had to shave 36 seconds per mile off my pace, and I am just not there. However, I feel I gave it my best effort.
Thank you to all who supported me and the Dempsey center. I truly appreciate it.
