The 5th season will kick off at Edward Little High School at 6:00 officially. Warm up is 5:30 to 6:00 on the track. The first session is all about planning – goals – the workouts. You will get faster here. Learn to to properly train for speed and minimize injuries while doing it.

Coach Brian (Ziggy) Gillespie will lead his unique six-month running program for runners of any level of ability. Gillespie, named the 2008 Coach of the Year by the Forecaster, helps runners prepare for the Sea Dogs 5k’s, the B2B 10K, the Peak performance Maine Marathon/Half & Relay. Even if you don¹t want to race, get in on the training! The program starts up on Wednesday March 4th and meets every Wednesday evening at 6:00 for a group run and workout.
