When we started taking photos we were working for many non-profits. We looked at our gifts of photos as a gift to both the event & to the runners in the event. Our gift might not have added any value the event. Perhaps it is nothing the event can take to the bank. I speak only for myself it has been a cost to me. No one has asked me to do what I have done. In some cases where we are the official photographers we have cash flow that covers some of our cost. After an event we will archive the photos we take & store them for six months or more and some will be put into cold storage. Like any collection please do not count on any business for profit or non profit to give you free photos & then pay to archive them until you want to view them again. We would like to hear from our viewers it does not matter if you have supported our service with money, there are many other ways we need support.
