Bob MacLaughlin stated: “Thank you to the organizers and volunteers who made the Labor Day 5-miler a great event. I am also in awe of the many remarkable accomplishments by runners today, including one that went unacknowledged. Dick Storch once again competed and completed. Dick is 82 and if not the oldest runner ever to run the race, he must be right up there. Thanks, Dick, for showing us what’s possible.”
