The 9/11 Heroes Run is an annual event organized by the Travis Manion Foundation (TMF) to honor the first responders and service members who lost their lives on September 11, 2001. Each year, the event takes place in variTheous communities across the United States, uniting participants in running, walking, or rucking to remember and celebrate the sacrifices made on that day. The event aims to fulfill the nation’s promise to never forget and to support veterans and families of fallen heroes.
Maine Running Photos did not charge this event for our service. If you did the event & want a few photos please take some. We get most of to support for the cost of giving away free photos from gifts of runners. The bills are sent to: David Colby Young, PO Box 152, Danville, Maine 04223. He is the person in charge of keeping the lights on.
