Don Penta answer to who was Angie Abraham:
There were ten editions of them, 4 milers, from 1989 to 1998. Angie was a student at Deering H S who worked at the running store at the Maine Mall. I bought running shoes from her at Olympia at the mall. She was a star athlete at Deering and was killed in a road accident, if my recollections are correct. Deering started a scholarship in her name that continues. I ran in all ten races and Split Time (Charlie and Bob) timed them.
