It was a cold rainy day for the Ipswich Half Marathon. Still 472 determined runners came our to play. 21 year old Sebastian Gilligan of Topsfield won the race in 1:17:22. 2nd place finisher Shannon O’Connel from Peabody won the women’s division with a time of 1:25:29.
