Staff Writer DOVER-FOXCROFT — A record 85 competitors took part in the 13th annual Pony Pride 5K road race through the streets of Dover-Foxcroft on Aug. 1. The runners gathered by the Piscataquis Regional YMCA on Park Street shortly before 8 a.m. for the approximate 3.1 mile run. The race was sponsored by Foxcroft Academy in conjunction with the school’s alumni weekend.
