Peter Lodge stated on fb “Dottie was beneficial to Sub5, taking over the newsletter for several years and serving on the Board. She was wonderful, always smiling. During races in her latter years, she was often at the back of the pack, but she was in the action and many of us treasured her presence. She is and will be missed.”
