Beach 2 Beacon SOLD OUT in Less than 2 hours!!

Filed under: Beach to Beacon,Photos — Tags: , — David Colby Young @ 9:35 am

2009 Beacon To Beach Photo at about mile 5

2009 Beacon To Beach Photo at about mile 5

(The following is the reaction of Maine Track Club President Mark Grandonico)
“We all had no idea it would fill in less than 2 hours. I knew it sold out as my cell rang almost immediately with the Million Dollar Question.  Does The MTC Have Slots?
No – we don’t, at this time.  I will work with Race Organizers to try and obtain some slots.  If we do – I will inform the club and we will devise a fair process to distribute them.
Consider volunteering this year if you didn’t get in.  Go to the B2B website and click the volunteer tab.  Make sure you indicate Finish Area Security and that you are a member of the MTC.”
